By contacting and initiating a trade or transaction with the creator MDBluebird, you hereby agree to the following terms:Timeline- _{Commissions will be worked on in the order they were received based on a queue system. Commissioners may request updates as to their position in the queue.}Payment- _{Payment is required within 3 days after the customer approves the sketch. Extensions may be granted on a case by case basis. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in the commission being canceled.}- _{In the event that the customer wishes to resubmit their order, that new submission will be considered a new order and be placed at the rear of the queue.}- _{Once the lineart is completed and approved by the buyer, a refund can no longer be given.}- _{Only payment through Paypal and USD are accepted.}Artwork Changes- _{Once the commission has been lined, the commission type can not be changed.}- _{After the lineart is approved, no major changes to the lineart can be made.}- _{Once flat colors have been approved, no major changes to color or design can be made.}Copyright/Acceptable Use- _{Copyrights and ownership of artwork, in any form, created by me, shall be retained by me. I may post/print/represent the art anywhere and utilize the artwork for promotional or marketing purposes.}- _{Commissioners may use the art for personal use but not for commercial use unless agreed upon.}- _{Commissioners retain the rights to their characters, but not the artwork as stated above.}-~ If you post my art, you are required to credit me.~- _{A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.}- _{With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork I've made. Use it in books, covers, stickers, as props, change it to your liking, and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.}Unpermitted Actions and Infringement- _{Tracing of my art}- _{Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.}- _{Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.}- _{My art, may not under any circumstances, be used for NFT’s or any other digital, crypto or physical product.}- _{My art, may not under any circumstances, be used for AI.}Misc- _{I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
If already paid, payment will be refunded in full within 7 calendar days.}- _{In the event of a price change occurring following when the commission was accepted, the commissioners price will not be affected.}- _{Any pieces crafted or work done, including but not limited to: Digital art, Traditional art, Fursuits, Partials, Acrylic pieces, Badges, or Stickers, by the creator may be used for marketing purposes.}
